Abstract

ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE: THE FUTURE OF BRAZILIAN COURTS

RESUMO: O artigo pretende demonstrar que no atual cenário social brasileiro o Poder Judiciário não mais pode ser responsável, de forma exclusiva, pela resolução dos conflitos, impondo-se a efetiva participação do Poder Executivo no sistema de adjudicação de justiça. 

ABSTRACT: This paper aims to demonstrate that in our current society the judiciary branch cannot be alone responsible for the system of justice adjudication, and that the active participation of the executive branch in granting some sort of administrative adjudication is critical.

Patrícia Dorigoni Hartmann, TJRS - Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul

Juíza de Direito de entrância intermediária do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio Grande Sul.
 Master of Laws (LLM) pela Universidade de Columbia/EUA, havendo recebido a distinção acadêmica Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar (2016-2017). Membro integrante do International Judicial Traning Program in Judicial Administration no Dean Rusk Center da University of Georgia/EUA, em dezembro/2014.
 Participou do curso Introduction to Common Law Analysis and Language, da Pennsylvania State University/EUA, em junho e julho/2015. Concluiu o Nível 1 (módulos 1, 2 e 3) do Curso de Formação de Formadores da Escola Nacional de Formação de Magistrados- ENFAM, em 2018. Graduada em Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais pela Universidade Federal de Pelotas/RS, em 2005.
